This series appropriates the concepts of “replication” and “mutation” in biological evolution, transforming them into a method of painting.
Beginning from a single point, traces of pigment are transferred from one sheet to another. With each transfer, new elements are introduced,
while earlier marks gradually fade, overwritten by emerging forms. Through this repeated process, a continuously evolving visual trajectory takes shape.
The entire process echoes the progression of evolution itself: moving from the singular to the diverse, where order gives rise to variation and infinite possibilities.
Within this ceaseless flow of transformation lie the hidden traces of life’s essence.
